Everyone loves football but on a unique weekend like a stag, you really want to do something a little bit different, a bit special and memorable. Zorb or bubble football certainly meets that brief; with your upper body completely covered in the zorb, you’ll be able to run around and kick the ball but your ability to balance will be seriously compromised without the use of your arms. Your opponents tend to take complete advantage of this and shoulder barging almost takes centre stage during this activity. With half the body enclosed in the bubble, any contact sends you bouncing away with your legs flailing after you. Zorbing takes place on Lahinch beach.

Zorbing football will provide a stream of laughter as you see your mates bouncing and rolling about the sand. By the end you won’t even remember the score line, just the funniest falls.
There’s no place for fancy football here, if you’re stationary for too long you will get hit by an opponent. Fouls are rarely blown up in these matches but as you’re cocooned in an orb, you’ll be relatively safe as you uncontrollably cartwheel away. A great idea for this stag activity is to have it videoed, as there’ll be some awesome challenges which you’ll want to have on film.
